Contests and promotions

From time to time, we may hold contests and other promotions that are administered using the Services. In order to be eligible to participate in these contests and promotions, we may ask you for your contact and other demographic information such as your name, address, zip code and email address. We use this information to verify your eligibility, determine and notify winners, deliver prizes/rewards and otherwise manage and administer the contest and/or promotion. When you contact us, please be prepared to provide your First Name, Last Name, and Email associated with your account, which we will use to verify your identity. Authorized agents may submit requests on behalf of California residents by emailing us signed proof of their authorization, and the full name, mailing address, and email address for themselves and the individuals for whom they are submitting requests. Once we verify your identity, we will review and process your request.

As noted below, our Services are not intended for use by minors—we do not knowingly collect information from minors or disclose information about minors.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

Our Services are intended for use by individuals aged 18 and over, and are, therefore, not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 18, please do not provide any personal information to us.

Cross-border transfer
