About the Project
Opened in 2023, CaliExpress by Flippy served as a living laboratory for Miso’s robotics and AI. Guests experienced how automation can streamline operations, improve consistency, and enhance the customer experience. This one-of-a-kind restaurant helped us gather real-world insights that continue to shape Miso’s products today.
